Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
- Free standard delivery on orders over £40
- Orders under £40: flat rate shown at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
We currently ship to the UK only.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, a link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@clarevive.beauty.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or your package hasn't moved in over 10 business days, contact us at support@clarevive.beauty with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
