We want your Clarevive order to reach you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged at a flat rate — shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard UK delivery: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

International Delivery

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping options may be added in future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
