REFUND POLICY
Our Promise
At Clarevive, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email). To start a return, email us at support@clarevive.beauty with your order number and reason for return β we'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened serums, creams, skincare liquids, and supplements/powders cannot be returned, nor can items marked "Final Sale." If a sealed product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it in full β no questions asked.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clarevive.beauty with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window your order may already be in fulfilment β contact us immediately at support@clarevive.beauty and we'll do our best to help.
