Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including tracking information.

Delivery Times

UK orders: 3–7 business days. International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional delays can occur with couriers or customs.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our checkout price.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or your package hasn't moved in over 10 business days, contact us at support@clarevive.beauty and we'll investigate with the courier right away.
