How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. EU and international orders take 7–14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

UK: Standard shipping is £4.99 (free on orders over £40). Express shipping is £6.99 (free on orders over £60).
EU: Standard international shipping is £14.99 (free on orders over £100).
International: Standard international shipping is £23.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.

What if my package is lost or missing?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, or your package hasn’t moved in over 10 business days, contact us at support@clarevive.beauty and we’ll investigate right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Can I return opened skincare products?

For hygiene reasons, opened serums and creams cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

My item is faulty — what do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clarevive.beauty and we will resolve this promptly.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
