We want you to love every Clarevive product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

Items We Cannot Accept Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, serums, or cosmetic products
  • Used beauty tools or devices
  • Items damaged through misuse

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return

  1. Email support@clarevive.beauty with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send it to the address provided — we recommend using a tracked service

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
