Consumer rights

Clarevive sells goods online to UK consumers. For most online purchases, consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our additional 30-day returns policy does not reduce your statutory rights. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are covered by separate statutory protections.
