Products

We take reasonable care to describe goods accurately. Product packaging, colour and minor details may vary where suppliers update them. Any material change will be reflected in the listing or otherwise communicated where appropriate.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices are shown in GBP. Any mandatory delivery charge is shown before you place an order and at checkout. We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after you have committed to purchase.

Order process

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally through an order confirmation or other acceptance message. We may decline an order for legitimate reasons such as inability to supply, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do not accept an order after taking payment, the payment will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is processed using the methods offered through Shopify checkout.

Cancellation and returns

Statutory cancellation rights and Clarevive's additional 30-day returns policy are explained on our Returns & Refunds page. You may use our Model Cancellation Form, although it is not compulsory.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Product use

Follow the instructions, warnings and intended-use information supplied with each product. Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to you are not excluded or restricted.
